Terms, conditions and legal stuff
Our items are all handmade to order (unless specified as ready to post) once payment has been received please allow 14-21 working days for your orders to be completes. This may be shorter depending on our workload and time of year. If you require your items for a specific date please contact us PRIOR to ordering to discuss.
We post 1st & 2nd class signed for via Royal Mail. We do not charge for packaging. If for any reason you haven't received your order after the maximum turnaround of 21 working days please contact us for your tracking number and to discuss.
Our custom/personalised items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations and the only exception being would be if the item is faulty.
All items are posted to our customers are always made with love and care however should you need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund once the item has been received back to us to the condition the customer received it in.
All returns must be returned in suitable packaging with your name, address and order number. It must be posted via Royal Mail signed for and you must keep th proof of postage. A full refund will only be issued once the item has been received by us in the condition it was received by the customer in and unworn.
